✅ Returns Are Accepted If:

  • You receive an incorrect or defective item.
  • The item is unused and remains in its original condition and packaging.

❌ Returns or Exchanges Are Not Available For:

  • Change of mind
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

📦 Return & Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Share your Order Number along with clear photos/videos of the product showing the issue.
  3. Our team will assess the issue and verify your request.
  4. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for the return or exchange.

📏 Size Exchange

We recommend checking our size chart carefully before placing your order to select the correct size.

If you wish to exchange an item due to a size-related issue, an exchange can be arranged. However, delivery charges for both sides (original delivery and return/exchange delivery) will be charged to the customer.
